The purpose of this file for the city of Sint-Truiden is to contract a contractor who is responsible for the delivery of ICT infrastructure, the management of the infrastructure and the support of users.

The contractor must relieve the IT department operationally. The city also expects the contractor to act as a partner who thinks along with the city about improving services and about future evolutions.
