Award of services of the object planning building LPH 1 – 9 according to § 33 ff. BGB. HOAI for the construction of a new day care center in Mauerstetten, Frankenried district

The municipality of Mauerstetten is planning the construction of a new day care center in the district of Frankenried.

The daycare center is initially to be built as a 2-group facility with the option of expanding it to 4 groups. The two starting groups are either two kindergarten groups or one kindergarten and one crèche group. In the case of an extension, it must also be possible to represent both uses. At the beginning of planning, it is determined how the two start groups are planned.

The gross floor area of the 4-group day care center amounts to approx. 1,100 m² with a usable area of approx. 720 m².

The planning services to be commissioned include work phases 1 – 9. Until the completion of performance phase 2 – preliminary planning – the planning for the 4-group daycare center takes place, from performance phase 3 – design planning, only the 2-group system is further planned and executed.

This measure is funded with grants for municipal building construction (Art. 10 FAG). Please note the allocation guideline FAZR of the Free State of Bavaria, Annex 1.

The aim is to start planning immediately after completion of the award procedure (approx. 04/2023). Planned start of construction is July/August 2024
