European open tender for the award, by framework agreement, of the temporary work administration service, referred to in Articles. 30 and following of d. lgs. n. 81/2015, in favor of the Autonomous Province of Trento, at its various structures, of the professional figures provided, in the various trades, in categories B, C and D of the professional system of provincial personnel of the non-managerial area of the Local Autonomies sector, with full-time or part-time working hours. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 years from the signing of the contract, with the provision of a year of planned extension, for a maximum duration of 4 years. The maximum total amount of the framework agreement is Euro 4,922,000.00 inclusive (net of tax charges and with security charges of Euro 0.00). The maximum surcharge (auction base) is set at 7% and is calculated on the amount corresponding to the cost of the work of the operating units administered.
