The subject of the contract is the provision of equipment and transport services in active action - during winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter season 2023/2024 in the Region of Provincial Roads in Staszów, divided into four partial tasks, using roughening materials and chemicals (salt) at the disposal of the Ordering Party (stored in a given Road Circuit or Material Base), using equipment lent by the Ordering Party, the Contractor's own equipment, the Contractor's transport carrier and the performance of services related to post-winter cleaning of streets (roadways), paths and sidewalks being in the competence of the road manager, bridge structures along provincial roads.

1. Task 1:

a) Topic S.1 – Combating winter slippery conditions on roads using a DANROB sandblaster with a snow plough (owned by RDW) on a sandblaster carrier – 9 m3³ (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 500 km;

b) Topic S.2 – Combating winter slippery on roads using a DANROB salt sandblasting machine with a snow plough (owned by RDW) on a sandblaster – 9 m3 (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 500 km;

c) Topic S.3 – Combating winter slippery conditions on roads using a DANROB sandblaster with a snow plough (owned by RDW) on a sandblaster – 9 m3 (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 500 km;

d) Theme S.4 – Combating winter slippery conditions on roads using a STRATOS sandblasting machine with a snow plough (owned by RDW) on a 6 m3 sandblaster (owned by the bidder) - Scope of works 4 500 km;

e) Theme S.5 - Combating winter slippery on roads using a salt sandblasting machine (property of the tenderer) on a carrier sandblaster solarki (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 500 km;

f) Topic S.6 - Combating winter slippery conditions on pavements using the DANROB NSP MINI spreader and the DANROB PC-01 snow plough. M 2.0 (ownership of the RDW) on a carrier with a capacity of up to 3.5 T (property of the tenderer) - Scope of works 1 000 km;

g) Theme S.7:

- Services (loading of materials) related to winter road maintenance performed with a loader with a capacity of 0.6-1.5 m3 (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 500 hours;

- Production of brine (equipment - generator; materials: salt and water, property of RDW) - Scope of works 500 m3;

- passive work – waiting lump sum - Scope of works 300 hours;

h) Theme S.8:

- Post-winter cleaning of the roadway - Scope of works 64.33 km;

- Post-winter cleaning of bicycle paths and sidewalks - Scope of works 28 736.00 m2;

- Snow removal - Scope of works 30 m3.

2. The detailed scope of the order and the method of its implementation and method of payment are included in the Description of the subject of the contract - Detailed Technical Specifications for equipment and transport services and post-winter cleaning, bills of quantities and a model contract, constituting respectively Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The order will be carried out in accordance with the Standards of winter maintenance of provincial roads managed by the Świętokrzyski Voivodship Road Authority in Kielce from the winter season 2022/2023.

3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor selected to perform the contract throughout the entire period of the contract performance is insured against civil liability for its business activity (covering in particular the scope of works, works being the subject of the contract), on the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement – Annex 6 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall submit drafts of the above-mentioned policy to the Contracting Authority for approval.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure, during post-winter cleaning of bicycle paths, sidewalks and cleaning of the Bridge facility, that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law, used in the performance of this task, is at least 10% (the requirement results from Article 68 paragraph 3 of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels).

b) Theme N.2 – Combating winter slippery conditions on roads using the OZAMET plough with a snow plough (owned by RDW) on a 6 m3 sandblaster carrier (owned by the bidder) - Scope of works 4 000 km;

c) Topic N.3 – Combating winter slippery roads using a DANROB salt sandblasting machine with a snow plough (property of RDW) on a sandblaster carrier – 9 m3 (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 000 km;

d) Topic N.4 – Combating winter slippery conditions on roads using a DANROB sandblaster with a snow plow (owned by RDW) on a sandblaster carrier – 9 m3 (property of the bidder) - Scope of works 4 000 km;

e) Topic N.5 – Combating winter slippery on roads using a sandblaster (property of the bidder) on a carrier sandblaster solarki (property of the bidder) loading in the Konecki poviat - Scope of works 4 000 km;

f) Topic N.6 – Combating winter slippery conditions on pavements using the DANROB NSP MINI spreader and the DANROB PC-01 snow plough. M 2.0 (ownership of the RDW) on a carrier with a capacity of up to 3.5 T (property of the tenderer) - Scope of works 1 000 km;

g) Theme N.7:

- Winter road maintenance services performed with a charger with a capacity of 0,6-1,5 m3 (loading and execution of the mixture) (property of the tenderer). Work on the basis of OD Łopuszno - Scope of works 500 hours;

- passive work – waiting lump sum – Scope of works 300 hours;

h) Theme N.8:

- Post-winter cleaning of the roadway - Scope of works 111.92 km;

- Post-winter cleaning of bicycle paths and sidewalks - Scope of works 59 537.00 m2;

- Snow removal - Scope of works 30 m3.
