The call for tenders concerns an optimization and management support service for the FORCE device (Invoicing Optimisons Recover for our Customers and our Efficiency). This system aims to secure the WCR on the CRM-Facturière chain, to improve customer satisfaction and to guarantee the efficiency of the S-F-R (Subscribe-Bill-Collect) chain.
The desired service focuses on 3 aspects:
Management and security of data and tools: production and maintenance of existing BI, query production, data analysis and creation of new BI/tools,
Project management assistance: support on the new IS needs of the industrialized tools of the DSIN, from the specification through the recipe to the deployment,
Process optimization: process mapping, process optimization and Lean Management.
