The canton envisages outsourcing the media and communication technology (COM systems) of the meeting rooms of the cantonal administration and, if necessary, other public authorities to a supplier as a managed service.

The managed service includes the procurement, management and ensuring the functionality of the COM systems for approx. 700 meeting rooms. This also includes the transfer of the existing infrastructures into the service.
