The State Spatial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment intends to purchase topography, engineering infrastructure, territorial planning and construction electronic gates, TPDR and TPDRIS software licensing equipment and their installation services.

Purchase is divided into two (2) parts:

'Part 1a' means the purchase of new or upgraded software licensing equipment for spatial data processing required for export of the System and the guarantee of novelty and technical support for the second and third years of the Spatial Data processing required for export of the System;

Part 2 of the Purchase Object — Purchase of the new Testing Software License Software and the new warranty and technical service of this Test Software for the second and third years.

Description, volumes, characteristics and technical requirements of the Purchasing Goods are set out in the Technical Specification (Annex 2 to the Purchase Terms and Conditions).
