This Expression of Interest (EOI) has been issued by the Authority, SGN Commercial Services Limited (SGN), in connection with a competitive procurement event conducted in accordance with the Negotiated Procedure under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended).

This EOI sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of potential Applicants in terms of their suitability, competence, experience and capability to meet the requirement.

This EOI is for Intermediate Pressure (7 bar) Infrastructure only, to supply the towns of Dungannon, Coalisland, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Omagh, Enniskillen and Derrylin for the Gas to the West Project.

SGN intends to engage 1 contractor for the intermediate pressure (7 bar) phase of the Gas to the West Project for Dungannon, Coalisland, Cookstown Magherafelt, Omagh, Enniskillen and Derrylin, commencing January 2017.

These works will involve in the region of 103km of 355mm dia. HDPE and where appropriate, equivalent welded steel main laying and will also involve the installation of associated pressure regulating equipment.
