To provide a competent and consistent grounds maintenance service on behalf of Hopwood Hall College.

This contract will include maintenance of the general grounds, fields and sports pitches at both the Middleton and Rochdale campus. Level of specification and required frequencies are confirmed within the tender documentation. This contract will be for an initial 3 years, with the option to extend.
