Fire wall on parking deck

The VBK is planning the construction of a multi-storey parking deck in the block interior between Gerwig-, Berckmüller- and Theodor-Rehbock-Straße. Since the parking deck is to be built very close to the existing VBK maintenance hall, a fire wall will be built in front of the west facade of the maintenance hall in advance. The construction work required for the fire wall is hereby advertised.

The fire wall is to be constructed from precast concrete elements (FT supports and FT wall elements set in between). The wall length is approximately 94 m, the wall height above ground is 10 m (four prefabricated wall elements a 2.50 m one above the other). The supports, with a total length of approximately 13.70 m, are anchored back into the base plate and outer wall of the basement of the maintenance hall, projecting freely above ground. The necessary excavation work, including water retention if necessary, is part of the work being advertised.
