The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.

Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.

The services are regulated by unit prices.

The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:

- Lot 1 Dairy desserts: Minimum HT: 3 261,00 EUR HT Maximum HT: 16 304,00 EUR HT

- Lot 2 Firm cheeses: Minimum Ht : 7 714,00 EUR HT Maximum HT : 38 570,00 EUR HT

- Lot 3 Soft cheese: Minimum HT: 1 067,00 EUR HT Maximum HT: 5 335,00 EUR HT

- Lot 4 Blue cheese: Minimum HT: 1 639,00 EUR HT Maximum HT: 8 195,00 EUR HT

- Lot 5 Fresh cheese: Minimum Ht : 4 575,00 EUR HT Maximum HT : 22 874,00 EUR HT

- Lot 6 Semi-skimmed milk: Minimum HT: EUR 3,232.00 excl. VAT Maximum HT: EUR 16,160.00 excl. VAT

- Lot 7 Cheese specialities: Minimum Ht : 2 401,00 EUR HT Maximum HT : 12 005,00 EUR HT

- Lot 8 yoghurts: Minimum ht: 1 389,00 EUR HT Maximum HT: 6 946,00 EUR HT
