The regulations impose mandatory controls (for commissioning and periodic inspections) for communal facilities. The municipality of Schaerbeek organizes this public contract to designate one or more SECT for this purpose.

The object of the services is the control of the elevators and hoists, the annual controls of the high voltage cabins charged to the municipality, the controls of the existing fire detections in the communal buildings, as well as the five-year control of the low-voltage switchboards in the school buildings.

In addition, the tenderers will have to draw up reports following their controls, the form of which is specified in the technical description of the CSC. These reports will be provided to the municipal administration in French and Dutch.

The market is divided into lots:

- lot 1: elevators and hoists,

- lot 2: high voltage cabins,

- lot 3: fire detection installations,

- lot 4: five-year control of low-voltage switchboards.
