Purpose of the procurement

Winter maintenance of municipal roads and squares in Namsskogan Municipality.

The road network covered by the assignment consists of a total of approximately 50 km of roads as well as some m2 of parking areas.

The contract mainly includes:

• snow clearing after snowfall,

• pre-clearing and visibility improvement,

• gritting and intermediate storage of a sufficient amount of sand for icy roads of approved quality.
