Stage I – Design:

a) Preparation of design documentation in accordance with the requirements set out in the functional and utility program along with all design studies and arrangements necessary to perform this documentation, including fire protection.

b) Obtaining legally required decisions and building permits necessary to perform construction works, including obtaining final decisions on building permit or notification of works.

Stage II – Execution (after obtaining final decisions on building permit or notification of construction works) of all construction works:

a) Execution of works on the basis of design documentation approved by the Contracting Authority and the competent architectural and construction administration body and in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, and then handing over to the Contracting Authority the subject of the contract covered by this stage.

b) Exercising author's supervision during the execution of works on the basis of the developed executive documentation.

c) Elaboration of documents

Task No. 1 - design and construction of installations on buildings

a) Municipal Public Library in Pawłowice – the roof of the building,

b) Public Kindergarten in the Larch Garden in Pawłowice – the roof of the building

c) Gustaw Morcinek School and Kindergarten Complex in Krzyżowice – the roof of the school

d) Public Kindergarten in Warszowice – kindergarten roof

e) J. Korczak Primary School No. 1 in Pawłowice – the roof of the building.

Task No. 2 - design and construction of installations at buildings

a) Public Kindergarten No. 1 in Pawłowice – carport installation – parking at the kindergarten

b) Public Kindergarten in Pielgrzymowice – carport installation – parking lot at the kindergarten
