The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the whole mass of municipal waste generated, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, arising and collected from residential real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Mszczonów, regardless of weather conditions, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for re- use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions on pages 2 and 3 of the Terms of Reference and a detailed description of the subject of the order has been specified by the Employer in OPZ, constituting Annex 6 to the Terms of Reference and in the draft contract, constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.
