the Crous de Strasbourg has decided to proceed with the demolition of the University Restaurant of the illberg and the kitchen of production of the Clous de Mulhouse too dilapidated which date from the 70s. The project consists of the demolition of the university restaurant and the construction of a new building allowing the reception of a new central kitchen (4000 meals / day), administrative premises and the construction of new catering and associative spaces (Espace Multi-Services). The project consists of two detailed phases mentioned in the consultation documents, including information on useful surfaces.
