The subject of the contract is the purchase of fuel (Pb-95, ON) for the company fuel station PL Warszawa and (ON) for PL Warszawa Radom, in the years 2023 - 2026 for the fleet of vehicles and machines belonging to Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery by the Contractor of the following liquid fuels ordered by the Contracting Entity:

1 Pb-95 unleaded petrol, compliant with PN-EN 228:2017+A1-06 or equivalent, the total quantity of which ordered to the company's service station located at Warsaw Chopin Airport will not exceed 630 m3;

2 diesel fuel, compliant with PN-EN 590:2017+A1-06 or equivalent, the total quantity of which ordered to the company's service station located at Warsaw Chopin Airport will not exceed 3,553 m3 (taking into account the delivery of the product in the period from October 15 to March 31, which will meet the parameter: "cold filter blockage" temperature (-) 30 oC or lower (so-called diesel fuel ON "winter")

in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries by the Contractor of diesel oil ordered by the Ordering Party, compliant with the PN-EN 590: 2017 + A1-06 standard or equivalent, the total quantity of which ordered for Warsaw-Radom Airport will not exceed 195 m3 (taking into account optional deliveries of the product in the period from October 15 to March 31, which will meet the parameter: temperature "cold filter blocking" (-) 30 oC or lower (the so-called diesel fuel ON "winter") in accordance with the provisions SWZ
