Call for tender n. 97/2021 — Open procedure pursuant to the combined provisions of articles 122 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, within the scope of the special sectors pursuant to articles 114 and 118 of Legislative Decree no. . 50/2016 and s.m.i., for the conclusion of framework agreements pursuant to art 54 of Legislative Decree 50 /2016 and subsequent amendments, lasting two years and relating to individual lots (n. 17) according to which, entrust to a single operator economical for each lot, the supply of spare parts for the maintenance of Citymood cars, divided into seventeen lots, to be experienced with the e-Procurement system. It is the subject of this contract the supply of n. 45 types of spare parts for the maintenance of Citymood cars, divided into 17 lots. For the complete description of the supplies, please refer to the special specifications and annexes thereto. The term of the framework agreement shall be 2 (two) years from the date of signing of the first application contract of each batch.

The framework agreement provides for the supply of five types of spare parts. The alleged amount placed on the basis of the invitation to tender for the duration of the entire Framework Agreement shall be EUR 313 992,00 (three hundred and three thousand ninety-twenty-twenty/00), plus VAT, subject to the lower percentage of invitation to tender. Security costs are 0 due to the absence of interferential risks. The first application contract, lasting 12 (twelve) months, concerns the supply of no one type of spare parts, better detailed in the special specifications and related annexes, for a maximum amount alleged equal to EUR 25 242,00 (twenty-five thousand two hundred and forty-twenty-two per 00) plus VAT, subject to the downward percentage of tendering. Security costs are zero due to no interferential risk.

The framework agreement provides for the supply of n. 4 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes. The presumed maximum amount placed on the basis of the tender for the duration of the entire framework agreement is set at Euro 148,317.60 (one hundred and eighty-seventeen/60), plus VAT, subject to the decline percentage of tender. Security costs are zero due to no interferential risk. The first Application Contract, lasting 12 (twelve) months, concerns the supply of n.4 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes, for a maximum amount alleged equal to Euro 74,158.80 (seventy-four thousand hundred and fifty/80) plus VAT, subject to the decline percentage of tender. The framework agreement provides for the supply of n. 3 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes. The presumed maximum amount placed on the basis of the tender for the duration of the entire framework agreement is set at Euro 172,744.90 (one hundred and seventy-seven hundred and forty-four/90), plus VAT, subject to the lower percentage of race. Security costs are zero due to no interferential risk. The first Application Contract, lasting 12 (twelve) months, concerns the supply of n.3 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes, for a maximum amount alleged equal to Euro 63,325.53 (sixty-three thousand and seventy-twenty-five and 53) plus VAT, subject to the decline percentage of tender. The framework agreement provides for the supply of n. 2 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes. The presumed maximum amount placed on the basis of the tender for the duration of the entire framework agreement is fixed at Euro 41,114.74 (forty-one thousand fourteen-fourteen/74), plus VAT, subject to the decline percentage of tender. Security costs are zero due to no interferential risk. The first Application Contract, lasting 12 (twelve) months, concerns the supply of 2 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes, for a maximum amount alleged equal to Euro 20.003.40 (ventimilatre/40) plus VAT, subject to the downward percentage of the tender. The framework agreement provides for the supply of n. 8 types of spare parts, better detailed in the Special Specifications and related annexes. The presumed maximum amount placed on the basis of the tender for the duration of the entire framework agreement is fixed at Euro 203,218.36 (two hundred and two hundred and eighteen /36), plus VAT, subject to the decline percentage of tender.
