Framework agreement on the rental of mobile emergency equipment at CEA Cadarache. These services are carried out on behalf of the Technical and Logistics Service (STL)/Maintenance Management Group (G2M) of CEA Cadarache.
The framework agreement is multi-awardee on subsequent contracts.
The framework agreement is capped at a maximum amount of €1,700,000 excluding VAT.
In particular, the services include:
- Provision of mobile emergency sources 7 days a week and 24 hours a day
- The availability of a call center 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Transport of mobile emergency means to the installations
- Provision of rented mobile emergency equipment and their connection accessories
- The handling and cushioning equipment required for the installation and removal of the rented mobile emergency equipment
- Connections of accessories to mobile means (connections to the end customer's installation remain the responsibility of the CEA)
- Inspections, commissioning and shutdown of mobile emergency means
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of mobile emergency means
- Continuity of service (if necessary, replacement with iso-functionality and connections)
- Carrying out regulatory controls,
- The provision of technical files for leased mobile equipment, written in French: technical sheets, electrical-hydraulic drawings, operating instructions, certificates of conformity, regulatory control reports, up-to-date maintenance logs, etc.
- Drafting of supporting documents (operating procedures, prevention plan, reports, etc.)
- Taking care of the formalities of access to the site

The volume indicated is an estimate and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the CEA. The maximum amount of subsequent contracts invoiced throughout the duration of the framework agreement is set at EUR 1 700 000.00 excluding VAT.
