The subject of the Order is:

(a) the handling of TAURON's Payments due to TAURON client, through eBOK TAURON, My TAURON app and My TAURON Mobile App;

b) Support for Payments for Marketplace Platform Partners under the Online Payment System.

The Contracting Authority assumes that the amount of payments performed per year will be at least 4,800,000.

The subject of the Order is:

The Contracting Authority points out that the information contained in the annexes to the draft contract, part of the SWZ, is confidential — constitute its undertaking secret within the meaning of the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition. Accordingly, pursuant to Article 18 (4) and Article 133 (3) of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Contracting Authority derogates from making these annexes available on the website of the proceedings. These annexes shall be made available electronically via the https://swoz.tauron.pl/ platform - to the Contractors concerned, at their request, the model of which is set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ, after an undertaking by the Contractor to keep the information available confidentially ( the confidentiality commitment is included in the formula of the proposal).
