A contract is awarded for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of six new buildings at Higher Education Institutions and Technological Universities in Ireland. The contract value represents the total nominal cost to the State for construction and operations, maintenance, funding and forecast inflation over the term of the contract.
The National treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, as agent for and on behalf of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (as Approving Authority) and the Higher Education Authority (as Sponsoring Agency), has awarded a contract for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of six new buildings at Higher Education Institutions and Technological Universities in Ireland. The contract was awarded to Enbarr Education Limited, a company registered in Ireland.
