1.The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with symbol E, including the sale and provision of distribution services in the amount of about 54.7 GWh. 2. Annex 4a to the SWZ describes a summary breakdown of natural gas demand by entity. 3. Part I of the contract - Acceptance for authorized entities (subject to tariff protection): Authorised entities shall be understood as those entities which purchase and collect gaseous fuel consumed for the purposes of: a) consumers in households in residential premises or for the purpose of generating heat consumed by consumers in households in residential premises and for the needs of common parts of multi-apartment buildings, b) customers referred to in Article 62b(1)(2)(d) of the Act, operating in the customer's premises referred to in Article 62b(1)(2)(b) or (c) of the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gaseous fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202), c) referred to in Article 62b(1)(2)(d) of the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel consumers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202). Authorized entities will submit the applicable statements in accordance with the template - Annex 8a/8b to the SWZ. 4.
