The subject of the contract is a service, within the meaning of Article 7(28) of the PPL, consisting in covering insurance cover in the scope of tort and contract liability insurance for ownership of property and business (voluntary insurance) and insurance of property, property in transport (Cargo), electronics and rail vehicles (casco rolling stock) of the Ordering Party and/or motor vehicle insurance MZK Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz.

Tort and contract liability insurance for ownership of property and business, property insurance against all risks or named risks, insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, insurance of property in transport (cargo), casco insurance of rail vehicles. A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning task 1 is included in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annexes 9 to No. 18 to the SWZ made available on request, within the time limit and on the terms indicated in Chapter III, point 2 and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ

Motor vehicle insurance in the scope of OC / AC / NNW / ASS. A detailed description of the subject of the contract concerning task 2 is included in the confidential part of the SWZ, in Annexes No. 19 and No. 20 to the SWZ, made available on request, within the time limit and on the terms indicated in Chapter III, point 2 and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
