The subject of the contract is the purchase for a period of 24 months of active electricity with standard qualitative parameters laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions operation of the electricity system. A detailed statement of the electricity collection points together with the tariff groups selected by the contracting authority, the estimated annual consumption of active electricity and the list of the power ordered for each electricity consumption point is set out in Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ and in the Annex No 1.2 to SWZ. The total amount of active electricity anticipated during the term of the contract (24 months) is: 64,988.2 MWh, including: for the cubature facilities — 44,393.8 MWh, for the reception of the Municipal Road Board (street lighting, traffic lights and other receipts) — 20,594.4 MWh.

Purchase of active electricity for the cubature facilities listed in Annex No 1.1 to SWZ — a summary of energy consumption points and estimated electricity consumption for a period of 12 months in the Kielce Municipality's organizational units and commercial law companies. Cubature objects.

Part I relates to 810 electricity consumption points for which the estimated amount of electricity consumed over the contract period (24 months) is 44,393.8 MWh. Tariff groups: C11, C12a, C21, C22a, C22b, B21, B22, B23. Power ordered: 17,260 kW.

Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract shall include a model contract for Part I, as set out in Annex No 3.1 to the SWZ.

Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract shall include a model contract for Part II, as set out in Annex No 3.2 to the SWZ.
