The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood maintenance of forest facilities, meadow and agricultural management and collateral use of the forest to be carried out in the Ubocze forestry area of the Lwówek Śląski Forest District in 2023.
