The subject of the contract is the management and export of waste resulting from shredding 19 12 12 other waste (including substances, objects) from mechanical treatment of waste. Estimated amount of waste to be managed export up to 650 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste envisaged for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

The offered waste management method must comply with applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
Waste 19 12 12 will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection at a place enabling loading. The average weight of loading waste with the code 19 12 12 after shredding into transport with a moving floor (walking floor) is about 15 Mg.
