The purpose of this consultation is to maintain and repair lifting devices in municipal buildings in the City of Nanterre.

The contract is concluded in the form of a single-beneficiary framework agreement and order forms, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 of the CCP. All contractual stipulations being fixed by the framework agreement, the contract will be carried out as and when the order forms are issued in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The market is concluded for an initial period of twelve months as from the date of notification and is tacitly renewable three times by successive periods of twelve months. The contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount strictly less than EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT for all of the four years of performance of the contract (possible renewal periods included).
