- 2-stage heat pump system 80 kW with buffer tank and connection to on-site ground probe field (heating base load + passive cooling),
- Gas condensing boiler 150 kW with exhaust system (WWB + heating support),
- 2 gas boilers each 1.2 MW for lawn heating systems with exhaust systems stainless steel,
- Central water heating system as a storage-charging system; 80kW heat exchanger, 1 000 liter hot water tank,
- Central water heating system with 160 liter hot water tank,
- a heating circuit distributor with 4 controlled heating circuits and high-efficiency pumps,
- a heating circuit distributor with 2 controlled heating circuits and high-efficiency pumps (lawn heating),
- approx. 1500 m heating pipes (steel welded and stainless steel pressed) with thermal insulation,
- 26 valve heaters (plate heaters and tube radiators),
- about 2 100 m
- Plumbing - Installation of:
- Approximately 820 m drainage pipes (waste water, plastic pipe),
- approx 50 m of drainage pipes (greasy waste water, cast iron pipe),
- approx 250 m rain drainage pipes (inside, plastic pipe insulated),
- approx. 1 850 m drinking water pipes (stainless steel and MV pipe),
- approx. 100 sanitary objects (eg WT, WC, urinals, showers, sink systems),
- 1 grease separator NS4, underground installation with sampling shaft,
- 1 waste water double pump lifting system, ground installation,
- 16 floor drains and 30 wall drains,
- 1 compressed air generator 10 bar, 260 l / min.
- Cold - Installation of:
- approx. 1 300 m cold water pipes (steel welded) with corrosion protection + thermal insulation,
- a cold water distributor with 3 controlled heating circuits and high efficiency pumps,
- 2 brine spreaders,
- Plate heat exchanger 180 kW.
