The objective of the acquisition agreement is to provide strategic and tactical media planning for VR Group companies. The main user is the VR group

Passenger Transport Division (hereinafter referred to as VR or Customer). Other business and group companies may use the service if necessary.

The objective of the Services is to support Client's business growth through comprehensive media planning, including planning, implementation and monitoring steps. Media strategy, tactical campaign planning, media space negotiation and purchases, measurement of results and continuous optimization enhance both the development of brand value over the longer term and day-to-day sales. The provider's service menu includes services related to marketing reporting, studies that increase customer and market understanding, and tools for measuring marketing effectiveness.

Sales support across all digital meeting points at various stages of the purchase pipeline requires deep knowledge and modern tools in analytics, optimization, monitoring and modelling. Professional media design seeks greater impact on marketing VR in a timely, flawless and cost-effective manner.

The Selected Provider provides services to the Customer for all services described in the description of the procurement item and acts as part of the design team formed by the Customer and the Customer's other partners. The contract will be concluded with one Bidder.

Term of contract: 3 + 1 +1 years (excludes exclusivity)

The object of the acquisition will be specified during negotiations and the final target of the acquisition will be described in the final invitation to tender.

The aggregate maximum value of purchases under a framework contract as referred to in Article 45 (2) of the Specific Sectors Procurement Act for the entire contractual period (including possible options) shall be EUR 1 800 000.
