The subject of this contract is the provision of a service consisting in the successive collection by the Contractor of components for the production of RDF - waste with the code 19 12 12 and / or code 19 12 04, i.e. the energy fraction of waste resulting from the sorting of municipal waste, for its management, i.e. subjecting them to recovery processes in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor. The estimated number of components for the production of RDF is 2,200 Mg.

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of a service consisting in the successive collection by the Contractor of components for the production of RDF - waste with the code 19 12 12 and / or code 19 12 04, i.e. the energy fraction of waste, resulting from the sorting of municipal waste, for their disposal , i.e. subjecting them to recovery processes in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated number of components for the production of RDF is 2 200 Mg.

4. Due to the unpredictable number of components for the production of RDF, the estimated number of components specified in point 2 above may be reduced. Therefore, the Employer reserves the right to limit this amount by 30% during the performance of the contract. The reduction in the number of components in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Employer, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unrealized part and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated amount. In this situation, an annex to the contract is not required.

5. The Awarding Entity informs that from 19.3.2019 to the day of opening the offers it is possible to carry out a site visit. Contractors who are interested in carrying out the above local vision they are required to declare their willingness to participate in the local vision they post via the Purchaser's Purchasing Platform and the form "Send message". The site visit will cover the area of receiving components for RDF production and its surroundings in order for the Contractors to assess, on their own responsibility, cost and risk, all data that may be necessary to prepare the offer and sign the contract resulting from it and the opportunity to become familiar with the technology used by the Employer. A local visit will take place at the "Orli Staw" Municipal Waste Treatment Plant, Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków, POLAND. During the site visit, no queries or clarifications regarding the content of the Terms of Reference will be accepted. Such inquiries should be directed to the Employer in accordance with the provisions of the Act. Any costs related to the site visit and site inspection of the Plant shall be borne by the Contractor.
