The Municipal Housing Company Koggenland, hereinafter referred to as Home Company, organises a tender for maintenance work for the housing company's homes.

The Housing Company wishes to have the maintenance work of the structural and installation technical part of the real estate portfolio in a structured manner and with the desired quality to be taken care of by a professional contractor (read: chain partner), who are high-quality provides services and takes care of the client.

We are looking for a partner who focuses on customer satisfaction, sustainability (efficient reduction of energy housing needs) and cost awareness. The service should be available throughout the area of Koggenland Municipality.

The expected order value is €800,000 per year.
