providing all-day comprehensive nutrition services for patients of the Władysław Biegański District Hospital in Iława

The subject of the contract is the provision of all-day comprehensive nutrition services for patients of the Władysław Biegański District Hospital in Iława 2. A detailed description of the subject of the agreement is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

1. The service includes: a) preparation of meals in quantities resulting from the number of hospitalized patients, taking into account the requirements of the Ordering Party and dietary recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw and the Institute of Mother and Child. The basis for the prepared meals will be a decade menu prepared by the Contractor and approved by an authorized employee of the Hospital, which will include nutrition based on a basic easily digestible diet and special diets, delivery of meals 3 times a day to separate places in the Hospital ("meal delivery places"). b) the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, after delivery and delivery of meals, takes dirty bain-marie and GN containers / thermo ports from the Ordering Party's area and ensures their washing and disinfection on its own in accordance with the procedures of Good Hygiene Practice (GHP). c) collection of post-consumer residues (3 times a day), The Contractor will deliver the appropriate number of containers (resulting from demand) to post-consumer residues. All elements of the service must comply with the procedures of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. The Contractor is obliged to provide the service in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 171, item 1225). 2. The Ordering Party provides on average the following number of meals per day: I breakfast - approx. 220 II breakfast - approx. 50 (diabetic diet, for children – paediatric ward, for nursing women – maternity ward) lunches - approx. 220 + approx. 10 servings for patients of the psychiatry day ward afternoon tea - approx. 50 (diabetic diet, for children – paediatric ward, for nursing women – maternity ward) and 30 buns (OTUA) dinners - approx. 220 night supplement for diabetic diet and for maternity ward – approx. 35 The Contractor shall prepare and deliver meals in the number resulting from the current needs of the Contracting Entity. The Contractor undertakes to provide more meals in an emergency situation, not lasting more than 30 days, which could not have been foreseen at the time of award of the contract, and related to the increased influx of injured or sick people.
