This notice concerns an ordinary defence or security contract for the purpose of "the dismantling of medium-tonnage condemned ships of the French Navy and the DGA stationed at Brest, Cherbourg and Toulon".

It is part of a negotiated procurement procedure with prior advertising and competitive bidding in accordance with Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code.
