The subject of the order is the construction of a 200 mm gravity sanitary sewage system FI with a total length of 1,952.0 m with sanitary sewage connections in the road strip in the amount of: 78 pieces with a total length of 374.8 m in ul. Wilcza, Niedźwiewiedz, Dzika and "side" roads from ul. Wilcza, "side" from ul. Dzika, construction of a sewage pumping station with a discharge line with a total length of 65.41 m and reconstruction of a section of the water supply network in ul. Niedźwiedzia, 117.81 m long, in Adamowiźno, commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
