The consultation concerns the services relating to the outsourcing of the call centre for the needs of the DPO.

It gives rise to the conclusion of a contract in tranches treated at fixed prices in accordance with the provisions of Article R2113-4 to 6 of the French Public Procurement Code.

The services are divided into 4 tranches as detailed below:

- TF: management of telephone flows

- TO 1: integration of Lérins syndic's activities

- TO 2: implementation of the on-call duty

- TO 3: satisfaction surveys

The contract will be valid from the date of notification until 31 January 2026. The contract is tacitly renewable 1 time for a period of 24 months.

The deadline for the consolidation of the tranches is set out in the rules of the consultation.

Setting up a telephone platform;

Implementation of a telephony solution including a customer interaction management solution for contact centers;

Synchronization and compatibility of solutions with the institution's IT system;

Training of call centre agents.

- TO 1: integration of Lérins syndic's activities:

Handling calls from tenants of Cannes Lérins habitat

- TO2: implementation of the penalty payment:

Implementation of a telephone on-call service to handle calls that are not open.

- TO 3: satisfaction surveys: carrying out regulatory satisfaction surveys

The contract will be valid from the date of notification until 31 January 2026.
