The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration request tenders for the ICT services of companies owned by the City of Turku for the period 1.1.2024-31.12.2027, after which the agreement will continue until further notice.

The object of the procurement is the ICT services of the designated companies of the City of Turku in their scope defined in the procurement documents. The City of Turku will put the procurement out to tender on behalf of the designated companies and will not participate in the tendering process, contrary to what is stated in section "I: contracting authority" of the contract notice.

1 supplier will be selected as the service provider, who will be responsible for each company's ICT services.

For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts is not applied to Arkea Oy's procurement decision, because Arkea Oy is not a contracting entity within the meaning of the Act on Public Contracts.
