The objectives of this tender are:

- Selecting and contracting one contractor for a Backup and storage solution including associated services, management and maintenance, support and advice;

- delivering and operating a Backup and storage solution;

- the conclusion of a contract with one service provider;

- recording clear agreements with the contracted service provider for the duration of the agreement;

- meeting SRI aspects, with a focus on sustainability.

Leiden University of Applied Sciences intends to contract one supplier that can provide the educational organization with services for backup and storage (BaaS) in the coming years. Hogeschool Leiden wants a hybrid solution for this, in which part of the solution runs on-premise at Hogeschool Leiden and part of the solution in the cloud. The supplier must realize this solution turnkey, whereby the ownership of the solution lies with the supplier. The technical management, maintenance and support is the full responsibility of the supplier.
