This contract is linked to the activities of the Sûreté Protection-Service of the Guiana Space Centre, which are divided into two main missions:

- a mission to manage the security and protection systems of the base;

- a security and guarding mission.

As for the mission relating to the Security and Protection systems, they contribute to ensuring the security and protection of the personnel and installations of the base, including remote sites, which is one of the sovereignty missions of CNES/CSG.

With regard to the mission relating to security and guarding, the service of the incumbent will consist in ensuring the protection, surveillance, access control and interventions on the

various facilities and sites of the Guiana Space Centre, most of which are classified as Points of Vital Importance (PIV).

Security Protection System Mission:

The successful holder will provide, for the benefit of the CSG, all maintenance services (preventive, corrective and evolutionary) of the following main safety systems:

- 1200 badge readers connected to 2 alarm centers (ARAGO and ERIDAN)

- 1100 video surveillance cameras (analog and IP)

- 38 kms of instrumented fences.

He will also be in charge of the maintenance of the new access control systems, currently planned as part of digitalization, which will eventually replace the visual control of badges.

Photographic.

The same will apply to the drone detection system that is being deployed at the CSG.

Finally, for satellite campaigns, the holder guarantees the proper functioning of the means necessary for the reception and support of satellite customers on the basis of 16 campaigns/year (This number of

campaigns may vary). The same is true for launcher campaigns.

Security and guarding mission:

An alarm center (ARAGO) activated H24 and 7J7.

Guard posts spread over the most sensitive areas of the CSG are also activated H24 and 7/7 with a presence of guards during the day and night. These guards carry out missions of

Access control, rounds and interventions if necessary.

The holder also ensures the formalities of physical and telephone reception, as well as the issuance and management of badges and badge programming (more than 1 million/year) throughout the Centre.

Guyanese Space. Approximately 15,000 photo badges are produced each year as well as 20,000 vehicle badges.
