The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a new locker room and club building at the Jahn Stadium.
The subject of this procedure is the transfer of the planning of the technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI 2021. (A more detailed description of the project can be found in Section II.2.4.)
The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a new locker room and club building at the Jahn Stadium. Due to increasing numbers of pupils and growing user groups (e.g. girls' and women's football), there is a lack of space. For the existing changing rooms, there is one shower room and two changing rooms. The changing toilets are trapped behind the shower room. Cross-gender use of the sports facility is therefore only possible to a limited extent. The changing room building built in 1960 with clubhouse and toilet facility cannot meet today's requirements. The usable area of approx. 600m² must be expanded to 1016m² according to the current state of planning. In July 2021, an application for funding was submitted for the federal funding programme "Renovation of municipal facilities in the areas of sport, youth and culture". After handing over the technical documents in July 2022, it turned out that an examination without extensive preliminary planning by a specialist engineer of the building and operating technology is not possible. The necessary invitation to tender of the specialist planner must take place before the unrestricted funding approval. Initially, it is therefore intended to commission work phases 2 and 3.
