The first phase (application) consists of putting only the file relating to the application on the buyer profile, which will be analyzed. The purpose of this 1st phase is to select the candidates, a maximum of 4, on the basis of the criteria defined in the CR. The second phase (tender) consists of inviting the 4, at most, approved candidates to tender by submitting on the buyer profile a tender file for the contract. The purpose of this 2nd phase is to designate the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the criteria defined in the RC, after negotiation if necessary

The purpose of the consultation is to carry out work as part of the redesign of the inter-ozonation unit of the biological sector - T1, of the Méry-Sur-Oise plant. The works include: the complete renewal of dry air production lines, ozone production and ozone diffusion in water; renovation of diffusion tanks; electricity, automation and integration of the new equipment of the functional unit into the plant's control and command architecture; the adaptation and renovation of civil engineering for the integration of new facilities; deconstruction and asbestos removal; the finishing works for the interior and exterior renovation of the building.
