The Evangelische Hochschule Berlin is being energetically renovated. This is a listed building complex, which consists of a total of six houses (A to F). The SFIVET's teaching and administration rooms are located in the buildings. During the renovation work, the university is fully operational.

Sun protection: renewal of stem and top-mounted blinds, interior and exterior windows, interior doors: dismantling 7 pcs interior doors, 11 pcs wooden interior doors new, refurbishment 2 pcs interior doors, 2 pcs renovation of interior doors according to monument protection, renewal of seals, door closer, functional tests

Wood-glass facade: 160 m² renew glazing, repairs, 124 m installation reinforcement profiles
