operation of two green goods and construction debris collection points in the district of Aichach-Friedberg

In fulfilling its legal disposal tasks, the district of Aichach-Friedberg operates a comprehensive system for recording green material and construction waste in the district area in the form of the municipal delivery system to the recycling points. With the redesign of the green material and construction waste collection system, the district of Aichach-Friedberg is aiming to award the operation of green material and rubble collection points at the Friedberg and Mering recycling points for four years from 01.01.2022. The following performance picture is required for operation:

- acceptance of greenery and rubble by handing over the recorded amounts of waste to the AG (exception: woody green material can be used by the AN)

- advice to citizens when properly assigned to the collective groups

- sorting out misthrows

- record fees and settle with municipal waste management

- Organisation of the collection of the collected greenery and rubble

- cleaning of green material and rubble collection points

- Provision of vehicles at collection points (e.g. wheel loaders) for periodically pushing the green goods collected at ground level

- takeover, transport and exploitation of woody green goods from the collection points Friedberg and Mering (approx. 850 mg/A)

- exploitation of all Christmas trees in the district (approx. 2,000 pcs. /a)

- sale of bark mulch and compost from own production

The chopping of green material, the recycling of the collected non-woody amounts of greenery and the utilization of the collected construction waste quantities are not part of the performance picture.

The provision of containers for Christmas tree and construction waste collection is also not part of the performance picture.

The tender is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB).
