Sarastia Oy's tendering services request its customers for an offer for attendance, remote and notification interpretation services in accordance with the tender documents.

The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-entities

1. Interpretation services for other languages in the Kanta-Häme region

2. Kanta-Häme region Ukrainian interpretation services

A maximum of five (5) tenderers with the highest number of points meeting the suitability requirements for sub-lot 1 and no more than 10 tenderers with the highest number of points will be selected as contract suppliers for sub-lot 2. The operating model and terms of the framework agreement are explained in more detail in the contract template attached to the invitation to tender.

The contract period will begin on 1.10.2023 at the earliest, once the procurement decision has entered into force. The contract period is 4 years.

The tenderer shall also be referred to as a supplier or economic operator.
