The purpose of this consultation is the SPS coordination and technical control missions in the context of the rehabilitation and extension of Building 11 for the creation of a Learning Commons and the reconstruction of Building 44. As part of the 2021-2027 State Region Plan Contract, INSA presented two projects with the aim of becoming more in line with its approach to creating an eco-responsible campus by renovating buildings in order to improve their energy performance and to meet, thanks to this renovation, the objectives of the "Tertiary Decree".
