The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements laying down the conditions for public contracts for the supply of organic chemicals for the de-icing of airport paving for the winter season 2021/2022, which may be awarded to the Contractor during the period of validity of the framework contracts.
The proceedings were divided into the following two parts:
- Part No 1 of the procedure: the conclusion of a supply framework agreement for the PLG Contracting Authority and for the PLM Ordering Party of organic chemicals for de-icing of airport surfaces, i.e. airport pavement de-icing fluid produced on the basis of potassium formate in quantities not more than 1,120,000 kg in total,
- Part 2 of the procedure: the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of organic chemicals for the procuring PLG for the de-icing of airport pavements, i.e. a pellet for de-icing of aerodrome surfaces produced on the basis of sodium formate in quantities not more than 400 000 kg.
Airport pavement de-icing fluidPart No 1 of the procedure: conclusion of a supply framework agreement for the PLG Contracting Authority and for the PLM Contracting Authority of organic chemicals for de-icing of airport pavements, i.e. airport pavement de-icing fluid produced on the basis of potassium formate in quantities not more than 1 120,000 kg total.
Conditions for the delivery of eco-friendly means for de-icing of airport surfaces are described in the Order Terms Specification (SWZ) - Chapter IV - Description of the item of the order.
The fluid must have a certificate issued by the conformity assessment body within the meaning of Article 105 (2) of the Pzp Act, or a report on the tests carried out by that body, or an equivalent document, e.g. the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) AMS 1435 (Aerospace Material) certificate (SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) (Aerospace Material) Specifications) specified for the current version of this standard i.e. AMS 1435D (effective from 02.11.2018) or meet the requirements of the equivalent standard — the Contractor is obliged to provide a document issued for the measure offered confirming that the standard is met.
