Collection and management of municipal waste directly from real estate throughout the city of Orzesze, in which residents live in the period from 1/12/2019 to 31/03/2021 in the following scope:
1) The mass of all waste anticipated for collection and management provided for in this contract will be up to 10,560 [Mg] (within 16 months);
2) Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;
3) Collection and management of selective municipal waste (glass, paper, plastic-metal multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste);
6) Collection of bulky waste, waste tires and waste electrical equipment (once a year during the contract period);
7) Leaf collection in autumn (once a year during the term of the contract max. 10,000 bags);
10) Collection and management of waste from the selective municipal waste collection point.

4) Retrofitting single-family and multi-family real estate with containers for ash and slag from household furnaces;
5) Retrofitting multi-family and several family properties with container sets for waste segregation (glass, paper, plastic-metal multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste);
6) Collection of bulky waste, waste tires and waste electrical equipment (once a year during the contract period);
7) Leaf collection in autumn (once a year during the term of the contract max. 10,000 bags);
8) Employment of an employee at a separate municipal waste collection point;
9) Equipping the selective municipal waste collection point with containers and waste collection containers;
10) Collection and management of waste From the selective municipal waste collection point;
11) Preparation and delivery of waste collection schedules for all properties residing in the city of Orzesze.

4. Subcontractors:
4.1. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor.
4.2. The contracting authority does not reserve the contractor's personal performance of key parts of the contract.
4.3. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the contractor with subcontractors
4.4. Entrusting the contractor with part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the contractor from liability for the proper performance of this contract.
4.5. The Awarding Entity does not specify the subject of subcontracting contracts (referred to in Article 143 point 8 of the Act), which is subject to the obligation to submit to the Awarding Entity a certified true copy of the concluded subcontract, the subject of which is supplies or services, within 7 days from its date conclusion, excluding subcontracts with a value less than 0.5% of the public procurement contract. The exclusion referred to in the first sentence does not apply to subcontracts with a value greater than PLN 50,000 gross.
5. Requirements of art. 29 paragraph 5 of the Act: the specifics of the service does not require including in the description of the subject of the contract requirements for accessibility for the disabled, the manner of waste management is governed by statutory provisions and a resolution of the Orzesze City Council.
6. Employment of employees under an employment contract: pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing activities in the field of the contract: activities of garbage truck drivers and garbage truck workers - operators, consisting of collecting waste.
