110 kV:
- Production of an approximately 0.6 km long 110 kV cable route for 4 systems with cable protection tubes
- Production of a 150 m long 110 kV cable route for 2 systems with cable protection tubes.
- Manufacture of a 50 m long 110 kV cable route below railway tracks for 2 systems with cable conduits, including trenchless crossing if necessary
- Production of 5 sleeve pits for connecting the new 110 kV routes to existing roads with external gas pressure cables
1 kV, 10 kV, telecommunications:
Production of different routes for connecting the new substation with 1 kV, 10 kV and
telecommunication cables. A total route of approx. 1 km has to be created.
Civil engineering takes place in 6 construction phases, some of which must be processed in parallel. There may be a time offset between construction phases. The construction stages are listed below:
- 1st BA: Grünewaldstraße towards Kaiserswerther Str.: 110 kV and telecommunications (TC) conduits, 1 kV/10 kV and telecommunications (TC) conduits, 1 kV/10 kV and TK as spurs
Construction period: expected March 2022 - October 2022
- 2nd BA: Erwin-von-Witzlebenstrasse: 1 kV/10 kV and TK as an extension
Construction period: probably June 2022 - December 2022
- 3rd BA: Grünewaldstraße towards Rotterdamer Str.: 110 kV/TC empty pipes, 10 kV as spurs
Construction period: probably November 2022 - September 2023
- 4th BA: Hansaallee: 110 kV/TC conduits
Construction period: probably January 2023 - September 2023
- 5.BA: Grünewaldstraße: place 1 kV/10 kV and TK offshoots in the substation)
Construction period: expected March 2023 - June 2023
- 6th BA: Kaiserswerther Str. /Rotterdamer Str. /Hansaallee/Uerdinger Straße: 110 kV sleeve pits /110 kV cable route and partial takeover of 10 kV cables
Construction period: expected to be from July 2024
