County Durham Procurement Consortium is contracting on behalf of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust would like to appoint a provider(s) to supply and deliver milk and associated dairy products. The service has been divided into the following 3 lots:

— Lot 1 Durham and Darlington,

— Lot 2 Teesside,

— Lot 3 North Yorkshire.
