mission of assistance to technical studies in electrical engineering to be provided to the National Service of Airport Engineering (Snia). The SNIA is prime contractor for the construction of a hangar and the renovation-extension of tertiary buildings on the Air Base 105 of Evreux-Fauville including:
- The construction of an aircraft maintenance hangar with its maintenance rooms and associated tertiary premises to accommodate 3 Falcon 8x and ensure their maintenance;
- The renovation of a tertiary building in changing rooms (building 428), and the rehabilitation and construction of an extension of a tertiary building (building 438) on behalf of the Airborne Electronic Squadron (Eea).
The contractor will assist the project manager during the phases of the operation. The market is divided into 5 technical parts:
- Technical part 1: Installations of the eea building 428 and 438
- ODA (final pre-project studies);
- Pro/Dce (project studies and technical documents in the companies' consultation file);
- Act (assistance in the award of works contracts);
- Visa/Det (visa of execution and synthesis studies and direction of execution of works;
- AOR/GPA (assistance in reception operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion).
