Førdefjorden Energi, hereafter also called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of bio-fuel oil for the company's energy centre in the period Q4 2017 — Q4 2019 (+1+1 option) with an expected annual volume of approx. 100-150 000 L per annum.

The bio-fuel oil shall fulfil EN-14214 and manufactured in accordance with the EU's renewable directive, RED Article 17. The bio-oil shall be of high quality and have a minimum storage shelf life of 12 months from the delivery date.

The tenderer shall carry out imposed services on the contracting authority's tank installations.

Framework agreement for the delivery of bio-fuel oil with an expected annual volume of approx. 100-150 000 L per annum.

The framework agreement period is two years, with an option to extend for one year + one year on the original contract terms. The contract will start in autumn 2017.

The bio-fuel oil shall fulfil the EN-14214 quality and manufactured in accordance with the EU's renewable directive, RED Article 17. The bio-oil shall be of high quality and have a minimum storage shelf life of 12 months from the delivery date.
